B12 Serving
As a dietary supplement, take approximately 1 dropperful (1mL) and hold under tongue for 20 seconds, then swallow.
Take 1 - 2 times daily. One serving is approx 24-26 drops.

Zinc Serving
As a dietary supplement, take approximately 2 dropperfuls (2mL) then swallow.
Take 1 - 2 times daily. One serving is approx 52-56 drops.

Micro-C Serving
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule or more, 1 to 2 times daily.

Lemon Balm Serving
As a dietary supplement, take approximately 1 dropperful (1mL) then swallow. Take 1 - 2 times daily. One serving is approx 30-32 drops.

Storage
Store in a cool, dark place.

Lemon Balm may make you sleepy, it should not be consumed with alcohol, or other medications or products which may cause drowsiness. Do not operate a motor vehicle or other heavy equipment when using this product.
