Babaji’s Kriya Yoga: 18 Relaxing Postures
These 18 postures were taken by Babaji from thousands of existing ones to form an effective system to restore the body and prepare it for the more subtle stages of his Kriya Yoga. The immortal Himalayan masters are living proof of their effectiveness. Each pose has several stages, suitable for both beginners and experienced students. The poses are also arranged in pairs, or counterpoints, to facilitate the relaxation phase after each pose.
This guide is designed as a manual where each phase of each pose is individually described and explained in easy-to-follow instructions. The numerous benefits of each posture in treating and preventing various dysfunctions are also noted. The introductory chapter explains the principles to be followed in practice.
